RECYCLEE and Abdal Human Resources Sign MoU to Advance Sustainable Workforce and Circular Economy Solutions
RECYCLEE, a SEQUENCIVE company, that specializes in creating sustainable digital solutions for managing and recycling waste, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abdal Human Resources to to explore a mutually strategic partnership to enhance sustainable impact through integrating workforce development and circular economy solutions.
The MoU was signed by Mohammed AlMadhi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SEQUENCIVE Holding, and Abdulrahman Almohaimid, Chief Executive Officer of Abdal Human Resources. The MoU is intended to facilitate the development of a collaborative approach to develop and implement workforce development and circular economy solutions.
RECYCLEE brings to the partnership a system that digitizes the entire life-cycle of waste from the point of origin through the collection and recycling of waste. RECYCLEE utilizes tracking and reporting systems to allow companies complete visibility over their entire waste stream. Through these tools, RECYCLEE provides information and analytics to assess performance, identify areas where improvements can be made, and measure progress toward meeting Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments.
Additionally, RECYCLEE's platform helps organizations align with Saudi Vision 2030, specifically related to the advancement of sustainability, transparency, and efficient utilization of resources. Abdal Human Resources has been focused on supplying skilled and trained employees to organizations across numerous industries.
Through the establishment of the MoU with RECYCLEE, Abdal Human Resources will be able to expand upon its current role as a provider of workforce solutions that support organizations' sustainability-focused initiatives. Both RECYCLEE and Abdal Human Resources plan to leverage each other’s expertise to develop integrated solutions that extend the impact of sustainability beyond environmental considerations, encompassing social and governance dimensions as well.
The goal of this partnership is to illustrate how successful workforce deployments and digitally-enabled waste management practices can work together to produce tangible, long-term value for organizations. The MoU represents a continuation of RECYCLEE's overall objective to foster resource conservation through innovative recycling initiatives.
Furthermore, RECYCLEE aims to facilitate the involvement of multiple sectors in waste management, recycling and sustainability reporting. Through collaborations between sectors, RECYCLEE is working towards achieving its objective of developing a more sustainable and data-based circular economy within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond.
